Online Work

These are sites that provide legitimate work opportunities for freelancers:

Prolific – surveys and research participation. Remuneration varies depending on the time involved in completing tasks. Money is paid into your bank account / paypal account on request. 

Upwork provides a range of opportunities for freelance work, depending on your skills. . You create  They take a percentage of your earnings. 

Clickworker provides surveys etc, and random small tasks, but the best options with them are the under the UHRS section, where you can work on projects. You have to do training which is all online, and then you can do the ratings, which are paid per rating. Payrates and work varies, but it does pay if you work at it.

These offer work that is rating, but a lot more technical. Many have very complex criteria, and extensive training, but they are legit. You have to apply for projects, often pass skills assessments and then get onto the project with training. They can pay very well.

Telus digital AI. This is rating of website etc against specific criteria. They don't pay for training time, but they do pay for work completed.

Oneforma: they offer a wide range of different projects. Again, you complete a profile, apply for jobs, and go through the testing to get onto projects. Some are easier than others. 

Mercor A lot of AI training projects. The training is good, but the work can be complex. Pay is good. They use Stripe to pay you.

Alignerr  offers a wide range of projects to work on, including AI training. 

Outlier offers high paying projects, but their projects can be very complex. They do pay very well, if you can pass the requirements. 

Transperfect / Dataforce is great if you are multilingual. 

Steps before joining:

• Ensure you have an up to date CV, that is brief (max 2 pages).

• Set up a new Google account to use for all of these. That way you can save your work info and log ins for the projects to that profile, along with all working docs.
• Set up accounts on Paypal / Payoneer and Stripe to receive payments. Link them to a bank account you don't use for anything else
• Profile image
• You will also need to create a profile on each, using the above info.
